Use a short, thick, clean object тАФ a thick marker, a clean spoon handle, or a proper speech-therapy bite block. Not a sharp pen or pencil.
He holds it sideways across the back teeth, like a horse's bit тАФ never pointing into the mouth.
Sit with him the whole time. Never let him walk, run or lie down with it in his mouth.
Keep it short тАФ a minute or two. Stop at once if he gags, coughs or dislikes the feel.
He is touch-sensitive, so this may feel unpleasant. That is fine тАФ skip it and just say the sentences normally. It still helps.
Please check this with his speech therapist before it becomes a routine.

How to use it: 5тАУ10 minutes is plenty. Best order тАФ one Om, then Repeat After Me, then Talk With Me. Do Clear Speech only when you can sit with him. Praise the effort out loud every single time; never correct him mid-sentence, just say the line back correctly and move on.
